What is gift certificate?
Gift certificate is a digital product delivered by email in form of gift certificate code and is a stand alone product by itself. You can use it yourself, sell it later or give it as a gift. Each gift certificate can be used only at merchant site it was indicated for.

How to use gift certificates?
Once you receive your gift certificate simply visit that specific merchant website and enter gift certificate code at checkout. Purchases will be deducted from gift certificate balance. Any unused balance will be reissued as a new gift certificate code by merchant itself. If an order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.

How do I order?
Use the product search function on the left hand side of any page by entering the full or partial name of the product you are looking for or browse the products by categories. Your shopping cart is your order form and allows you to place multiple orders for the products you need. Once you have filled your cart proceed to the checkout where you provide your relevant details so we can process your order. Order confirmation is sent to your email address immediately after you submit your order. Your will receive gift certificates your purchased immediately by email.

I need specific value like $173 USD?
Simply buy multiple gift certs, for example 1 x 100 USD, 1 x 50 USD, 2 x 20 USD and 3 x 1 USD. Or you can simply buy 2 x 100 USD and have 27 USD for next order.
Please note that if you buy ie. 173 x 1 USD gift certs, you will need to enter each of them individually at merchant checkout, which is not recommended.
Don't forget that if you don't spend entire gift certificate on single order, you will be able to use rest on your next order with same merchant.

Do I have to be a member to place an order?
No, you don't. There is no requirement to become a member to purchase from us. The program is free to join and makes ordering and reordering a breeze. Membership is primarily designed for customers who require refills and have multiple product needs. Ordering is made easier, you can track the status of your order later.

Can I return gift certificate (refund policy)?
Only unused gift certificates can be refunded. If gift certificate has been used/spent at participating merchant, you can only request refund from merchant.
To request a refund for unused gift certificates please use this form contact_us.cfm and include your order number and all gift certificates you wish to return.

I made an order at merchant site with gift cert but I didn't receive order?
Webdiscounts.eu does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, products, locations or content of any merchant. Redemption of merchant gift certificates is subject to the limitations and rules set by the respective merchants.

Do merchant gift certificates expire?
All gift certificates we sell are valid for at least 1 year from date of purchase.

Are you available in my country?
We can only sell to limited number of countries. If your country is not in the list at checkout, we are unable to sell to you.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept payments by www.AlertPay.com which enables you to pay using VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards or checks. Currently there is a monthly limit of $500 USD per each credit card. You can increase this to $1000 USD if you have 2 cards, or $1500 USD per month if you have 3 different cards.
