- Webdiscounts.eu sells ONLY gift certificates that can be used on other merchant web sites.

- Gift certificates sold on webdiscounts.eu are considered a digital product, delivered by email in form of gift certificate code.

- Purchase of gift certificate code from webdiscounts.eu entitles customer to delivery of gift certificate code only, without any other guarantees or rights to further product.

- Participating merchants are subject to change, and are not guaranteed to be available at all times. Webdiscounts.eu does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, products, locations or content of any merchant.

- Redemption of merchant gift certificates is subject to the limitations and rules set by the respective merchants, and such merchant certificates may not be available for use and redemption by individuals located outside the United States.

Limitation of Liability
Webdiscounts.eu MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE.

Only unused gift certificates can be refunded. If gift certificate has been used at participating merchant, you can only request refund from merchant.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. 

PURCHASES
When you click on the "SUBMIT" or similar button on a product or service screen, you agree to purchase the products and services indicated, in accordance with the terms and conditions included on the relevant screens, and in accordance with this agreement.

WEB DISCOUNTS RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO ONLY PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS IF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A CONFIRMED AGREEMENT FROM THE PURCHASER. THE PURCHASER AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL THESE COMPANY REGULATIONS WHEN PLACING AND ORDER WITH US.
